Problem:

- Re-designed the document/procedure to be visually appealing and user-friendly
- Simplified the flow of the document/procedure to minimize user confusion
- Tested the revised document/procedure with users to gather feedback and make further improvements

Results:
The revised DNI appointment document/procedure was clearer, easier to understand, and more user-friendly. The simplified language, improved design, and simplified flow helped to minimize user confusion and improve the overall user experience.
